Leo’s Christmas Shoot 2011 {Her last one!}
So four years of lovely Leo Christmas shoots have come to an end. I wonder who will be the next Face of Christmas?
Leo certainly has gone out in style in this audio-visual! It features over 500 images that have been condensed it into just under 3 minutes of movie magic. Photographed over 2 days and edited in 5 days in my spare time, it has been hard work but the results are worth it.
Ideally I’d like everyone to see the audio-visual in its full size glory but my technology, at the moment, won’t allow me to this. **Update* A larger version is now available HERE **

Hello Huey | Baby aah Baby ooh™ Portrait Session, Surrey
Meet Huey – a brilliant name for a relaxed and all-round gorgeous little boy. He is an absolute star!
My shoot with Huey came from a referral from My First Year™ clients Ben, Emily and Harry’s Mum and Dad. They are also friends of Will (Emily’s brother), Hannah, Izzy and Oliver another one of My First Year™ clients. So thanks for the referral guys!
The shoot took place at Huey’s home and in a local park on a beautiful autumn day. It was freezing in the morning but turned out to be one of those glorious blue sky and cloudless days. As I say every year, this is one of my most favourite time of year for photo shoots! However, the perfect weather conditions were topped by Huey showering us with toothy grins from start to finish.
Huey was an absolute gem to photograph as he is so relaxed. He had a whale of a time playing with the leaves, singing and squeaking for the entire duration of the shoot.
Huey’s Mum and Dad, James and Jess, tirelessly entertained Huey with a wonderful array of hats (my favourite props). Thanks for the great outfits, bacon sarnie, lovely coffee and good chats. Thank you to Huey for making my job so easy. I love my job!

My most recent competition was to win an Expression shoot, my new idea. The winner was Matilda, due entirely to her big, beautiful eyes and expressive little face. Gorgeous! What a brilliant model she is, with no fuss! Matilda was as good as gold throughout the shoot. A true professional!
Matilda’s family are previous portrait clients. I had the pleasure of working with Matilda’s mum, Ali, dad, Clive and her big brother Tom before Matilda was born, so it was great to meet the newest member of their family.

Hello Damon | Baby aah Baby ooh™ Portrait Session, London
I was recently asked to photograph 12-week old Damon, his radiant mum, Tracy and very proud dad, Shaun at their beautiful home in South West London. It was a beautiful sunny morning, so we took advantage of the sunshine and headed to the park after a few shots at the house.
Damon’s a cute little guy and his big personality shines through already! He certainly knew how to make us work for images that capture his fantastic smiles and gorgeous dark eyes…. He seemed to prefer to close those eyes and drift off to sleep! However, we got some great shots of him, both awake and asleep!! Perfect!

Priya & Mrinal’s real life wedding feature | Wedding Ideas Magazine

Liza & Jean-Luc get married | At Bene’t's Church & Corpus Christi College, Cambridge
Jean-Luc and Liza got married in the centre of Cambridge. I was delighted to be asked to photograph their wedding, firstly because Cambridge is my hometown, secondly, I got married in Cambridge last year and I know the potential for wonderful photographs is everywhere but finally and most importantly because Jean-Luc is a fellow photographer so it was a real privilege to be asked!
I randomly met Jean-Luc on a train to France a good few years back. We seemed to be heading for the exact same destination as we kept bumping into him on each transfer to and from France. We got chatting and I found out he was a photographer so had plenty to chat about. I later discovered that Jean-Luc and I have a friend in common and we have continued to bump into each other randomly over the years! I am so glad that Jean-Luc asked me to photograph their special day. It really was a special day with lots of thought put into how the day would unfold.
Jean-Luc and Liza got married at Shire Hall registry office in the morning, followed by a blessing at St Bene’t's church in the afternoon. This was then followed by a wonderful reception at Corpus Christi College in the evening. Liza had two dresses for the day, and she looked absolutely stunning in each of them! Jean-Luc looked dashing in his two outfits too (bar the Arsenal cufflinks )
Cambridge is a photographer’s dream, with amazing detail almost everywhere you look. The venues chosen by Jean-Luc and Liza were no exception! Each venue had its own charm and beauty.
A wonderful wedding for a wonderful couple. I feel privileged to have been a part of their day.
